Netanyahu cancels his attendance to the UN General Assembly

Benjamin Netanyahu was scheduled to speak at the United Nations General Assembly, but cancelled his trip to the United Nations due to the inconclusive elections that the state of Israel was holding. Netanyahu was scheduled to be the 12th speaker, three slots after the President of the Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas. Not only was he scheduled to speak at the United Nations General Assembly but he also had planned to speak with President Trump, President Trump had tweeted that he would meet with the Israeli Prime Minister during the his stay in New York. In regards of the election, Israeli President Reuven Rivlin will receive the election results and he will have to pick between the two candidates on who will form the next government after the elections. This is not also the first time Prime Minister Netanyahu does a speech in front of the United Nations General Assembly, he has done multiple speeches in the 90s and also in 2009.
