The Yom Kippur shooting
There was a shooting at a synagogue in Germany killing multiple people mainly Jews who were attending the synagogue who were participating in the Jewish holiday Yom Kippur. The shooter, before causing the shooting, posted a manifesto online and was recording the shooting live on a live video gaming platform called Twitch. The shooter drove up to the synagogue and saw that the gates were closed. After failing to open the gates, out of anger, he shot a couple of rounds to a woman. The man shot through the gates trying to get into the synagogue but the people inside barricaded the doors which they luckily held. 70 to 80 people were in that synagogue celebrating Yom Kippur. Prime Minister Netanyahu in a official statement says that is an indication that anti-Semitism still exists in Europe.
